That the application for common boundary Departures for Erf 59101 Cape Town at Lansdowne, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the condition contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and amended reason 7.1.1
7.1.1. The outbuilding (entertainment area) and verandah will not impact on existing rights of the surrounding erven because they are already built up to the boundary.
