That the application for Consent to permit a House Shop on Erf 607 Pelikan Park BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report and added an additional reason:
7.1.6. The proposal is considered to be desirable as there is no material impact on existing rights.
