RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for consent use to permit a place of instruction (tutoring and aftercare facility) to permit 20 children on Erf 4409, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 4409/18 dated 26/03/18 hereby attached as Annexure C, subject to compliance with conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for a permanent departure to reduce the on-site parking requirements to 3 bays in lieu of 5 bays and the waiver of the stop and drop facility on Erf 4409, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 4409/18 dated 26/03/18 hereby attached as Annexure C, subject to compliance with conditions contained in Annexure A.

Conditions 1.2 and 2.3 are amended as follows:

1.2 Item 137 (a): Departure to reduce the off-street parking requirement to 3 bays in lieu of 5 bays and the waiver of the stop and drop facility
2.3 That the use hereby permitted shall only operate between 12:00 to 18:30 from Mondays to Fridays, but shall not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Condition 2.11 is deleted
