RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for the amendment of title deed condition clauses A(a) in title deed T09869/17 on Erf 416 Goodwood, Monte Vista, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, to reads as follows: “That this erf be used for residential purposes and a place of instruction.”
b. That the application for the deletion of title deed condition clauses A(b) and (c) in title deed T09869/17 on Erf 416 Goodwood, Monte Vista, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

c. That the application for the deletion of conditions of approval imposed in terms of the Townships Ordinance No 33 of 1934 on Erf 416 Goodwood, Monte Vista, which reads similar to the title conditions mentioned above, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

d. That the application for a consent use to permit a place of instruction on Erf 416 Goodwood, Monte Vista, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

e. That the application for a permanent departure to permit the relaxation of the 5m common boundary building line to 1m on Erf 416 Goodwood, Monte Vista, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) (iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
