a. That the application for the deletion of conditions C.3 (b), (c) and (d) from Title Deed T 39323/89 in respect of Erf 6047, Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. That the application for the deletion of conditions C.3 (a) from Title Deed T 39323/89 in respect of Erf 6047, Bellville BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT Partially APPROVED and Partially REFUSED the application for the reasons in the Planner’s report and amended the reason for refusal 7.2.1 as follows:
Reasons for the recommended decision for refusal relating to the application for the deletion of restrictive title conditions may be summarised as follows:
7.2.1. No plan of subdivision is provided to evaluate this component of the application.
