RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for deletion of restrictive title conditions in respect of erf 132, Goodwood, relating to Subject B. (a) –(d) of Deed of Transfer no T 29942/2014 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the site plan no 18-26 dated 30 April 2018 attached as Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason:
7.1.6 The development parameters contained within the Development Management Scheme provide adequate development control mechanisms.
