RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for the rezoning of Remainder Erf 31007, Goodwood, Edgemead, from Single Residential 1 (SR1) to Community Zone 1 (CO1) BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015) (MPBL) to permit the existing church as a primary use right.
b. The application for a consent use to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station on Remainder Erf 31007, Goodwood, Edgemead, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
C. The application for the permanent departures on Remainder Erf 31007, Goodwood, Edgemead, to relax the 5m street and common boundary building lines to 0,0m BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
