b. That the application for the relaxation of restrictive title deed condition B 5(b) of Deed of Transfer No. T14830/1963, to permit a house shop within the definition of a “dwelling”, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
