RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consolidation of Erven 23260 and 23261, Parow BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no C00 revision 01, attached as Annexure C subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for amendment to conditions of approval for Erven 23260 and 23261, Parow BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no C00, C00-B, C01, C02, C03, C04, C05, C06, C07 revision 01, C08 revision 00, attached as Annexure C subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the application for departures as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 23260 and 23261, Parow BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no C00, C00-B, C01, C02, C03, C04, C05, C06, C07 revision 01, C08 revision 00, attached as Annexure C subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

Condition 2.1 is amended as follows:
2.1. Development of the property shall be substantially in accordance with Plan number C00, C00-B, C01, C02, C03, C04, C05, C06, C07 revision 01 dated May 2018, C08 revision 00, dated April 2018, attached as Annexure C.
