RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the rezoning from Single Residential zone to General Residential (GR2) zone in respect of Erf 870, KuilsRiver to allow for 10 duplex units BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions as stipulated in Annexure A.
b. That the application for various permanent departures in respect of Erf 870, KuilsRiver, involving the relaxation of the 4.5 m street and common boundary building lines to 2.5 m, 1.895 m and 1.5 m, respectively, as well as the provision of 16 on-site parking bays in lieu of 20 bays required BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions as stipulated in Annexure A.
Condition 2.1.1 is amended as follows:
2.1.1. That the 10 duplex units shall be constructed generally in accordance with the Site Development Plan no SD1 Rev G. dated 01 June 2018 attached as Annexure C.
Additional conditions
- That a Landscaping Plan shall be submitted to the Regional Manager: Environment Management Department and shall be implemented at the cost of the developer within 12 months after the occupancy of the first unit
