RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for deletion of restrictive title conditions in respect of erf 659, Goodwood, relating to B. (a) –(d) of Deed of Transfer no T 28568/2018 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the site plan no CT_2018 005 dated July 2018 attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
a.a The application for deletion of restrictive title conditions in respect of erf 659, Goodwood, relating to B. (e) –(f) of Deed of Transfer no T 28568/2018 BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015
b. The application for amendment of conditions (a) - (d) relating to an existing approval in respect of erf 659, Goodwood, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b.b. The application for amendment of conditions (e) – (f) relating to an existing approval in respect of erf 659, Goodwood, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
c. The application for consent use in respect of erf 659, Goodwood, to allow for a place of instruction to accommodate 30 children BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the site plan no CT_2018 005 dated July 2018 attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

2.1 Deletion of Conditions (e) and (f) of the Title deed
Amended Conditions
2.1.1. That the place of instruction be used generally in accordance with the Site Layout Plan no CT_2018 005, dated July 2018 attached as Annexure C.
2.1.4. That a minimum of 4 on-site parking bays shall be provided for on the property, in accordance with the Site Layout Plan no CT_2018 005, dated July 2018 attached as Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report

1. The owner did not motivate for the removal of conditions (e) and (f) from the Title Deed
