That an administrative penalty in the amount of R71 000 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 144, 37 Kendal Road, Eversdale.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason 6, which reads as follows:

6. The gravity of the contravention is regarded as serious given the particular health and safety requirements associated with ECD’s.
