That the application for a departure Erf 8529, Kraaifontein, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to conditions attached as Annexure A.
City Approval granted is amended as follows:
1. That the domestic staff quarter and second dwelling be implemented strictly in accordance with a revised and accurately drawn Site Layout Plan to the satisfaction of Director: Development Management.
