RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for Consent in terms of the title deed to relax the 4.72m street building line to 2.19m to accommodate a feature wall in respect of Erf 466, Bellville (as per plan no. One/1-3, Two/1 and Three/1-2, attached as Annexure C) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Permanent Departure to relax the common building line from 3m to 1.57m to accommodate a scullery on Erf 466, Bellville (as per plan no. One/1-3, Two/1 and Three/1-2, attached as Annexure C) BE APPROVED in terms of 98 of the Municipal Planning Bylaw, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
