UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application in terms of Item 42(O) of the By-Law, to correct the zoning of Portion of Erf 270 (portion comprising previous Erven 245 and 246), Roggebaai, Cape Town from GB6 to GB7, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application in terms of Item 42(O) of the By-Law, to correct the zoning of Portion of Erf 270 (portion comprising previous Erf 269), Roggebaai, Cape Town from GB6 to GB7, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT partially APPROVED and partially REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
