An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 for the unauthorized building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 5633, 8 Lourier Street, Heldervue, Somerset West in accordance with plan no 2018-035.
