An administrative penalty in the amount of R 400.00 for the unauthorized building work (covered patio) BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 24947, 24 Harbour Park Road, Harbour Park, Gordon’s Bay.
