An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 for the unauthorized building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 4074, 24 Oak Road, Onverwacht, Gordon’s Bay in accordance with plan no 04246|filander|gbay6584|rev00 dated June 2018.
