An administrative penalty in the amount of R 400.00 for the unauthorised land use (house shop) and the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 7394, 27 Buzzard Road, Rocklands, Mitchells Plain, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
