That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 3674 at Pelikan Park, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plan drawn by M.S.Lukie dated 30/03/2017.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
