RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for rezoning of a portion of Remainder Erf 82824 Cape Town at Retreat from Single Residential Zone 1 to Utility Zone, as shown on plan LUM/00/82824/A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Applications granted 1.1 is amended as follows:
1.1. Rezoning of a portion of the property from Singe Residential Zone 1 to Utility Zone as shown on plan LUM/00/82824/A dated10/10/2018.
Condition 2.5.1 is amended as follows:
2.5.1 The location, height and design of the freestanding base telecommunication station shall be substantially in accordance with the Site Development Plans drawn by High Wave Consultants with drawing number ETO-21- 0630/Steenberg (sheets 2-7), all dated 10/10/2018.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
