RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consent for a house shop in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 120790 Cape Town at Retreat, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departure, as contained in Annexure A, for Erf 120790 Cape Town at Retreat, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Condition 3.5 is amended as follows:
3.5 The house shop shall not operate outside the hours of 07h00 to 21h00 Monday to Saturday and 08h00 to 13h00 on public holidays and a Sunday.
