UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for a temporary land use departure in terms of item 42(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to permit the operation of a liquor shop (off-site consumption) from a portion of erf 4891, 16 Erica Street, Kleinvlei, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
2.1 This approval is granted for a period of 2 years only.
