An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 for the unauthorised land use (house shop) and an administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 4851, 33 Stinkhout Street, Forest Village, Blue Downs, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
