Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the Removal/Deletion of Restrictive Conditions B.4(a) to B.4(d), C.1. to C.3 and D.4 to D.8 registered in Title Deed T29827/1965 concerning Erf 43, Bakkershoogte, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

b. The application for amendment/deletion of conditions imposed in terms of the Townships Ordinance No 33 of 1934, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

c. The application for the subdivision of Erf 43, Bakkershoogte into two portions, namely Portion 1 (±900m²) and Remainder portion (±3 112m²) in accordance with Subdivision Plan No 1 drafted by PVB Associates, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
