UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 624.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 24173, Strand.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reason set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 4 as follows:
The MPT is perturbed by the conduct of the owner who was uncooperative and his conduct is unacceptable.
