RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consent for a house shop in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 31438 Cape Town at Rosebank, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures, as contained in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 31438 Cape Town at Rosebank, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Condition 3.1 is amended as follows:
3.1 The extent of the house shop is limited to the area indicated on the plans with plan number LUM/00/31438 as per Annexure C
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
