The application for the rezoning from Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing to Local Business Zoning 1: Intermediate Business, of erf 105093, Sanddrift, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing no SB-SDP/01; dated December 2015 (Annexure C), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
