UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 1306, Melkbosch Strand, in accordance with Drawing no. 170130/01/01, attached as Annexure B, for the unlawful scullery, and approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
