The application for consent and permanent departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1381 Green Point, 85 Joubert Road, Green Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with the site development plan in Annexure C.
