UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the deletion and amendment of title deed restrictions as contained in Annexure A attached in respect of Erf 2337, 50 Glencoe Avenue, Oranjezicht BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The deletion of conditions of an existing approval relating to a township establishment as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 2337, 50 Glencoe Avenue, Oranjezicht BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached
