UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for temporary departure in terms of Section 42(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, in order to permit the operation of an office and calibration workshop from a portion of erf 188, Penhill, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Cape Town Development Management Scheme, 2015 subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A and for noting requirements.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
