An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 500.00 for the unauthorised land use and building works in terms of Section 129 and 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 25080, 206 Matiloshe Street, Khayelitsha BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
