An administrative penalty in the amount of R 700.00 for the unauthorised land use and R0 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 7861, 37 Corntail Street, Electric City, Blue Downs, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
