That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4306 Hout Bay for the portion of the second dwelling, within 3m of the common boundary, being higher than 4m in height, as per plan LUM/33/4306.
