That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 93295 Cape Town at Muizenberg, for the additions to the dwelling house in accordance with drawing number A.101, revision 4, drawn by CW Schmidt, dated 15 May 2018.
