That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 64310 Cape Town at Kenilworth with regard to the generator which is fixed to a concrete plinth on the property, as per the plan drawn by A3 Architects-Mbombela Pty Ltd with drawing number M436-ASB-00-02 dated 2018-02-08.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
