That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 176974 Cape Town at Newlands with regard to the carports on the property as per the plans drawn by Masterplan Building Designers, numbered MP 13060/1 Revision A (dated November 2015), MP 13060/2 Revision A (dated November 2015), MP 13060/5 (dated October 2017).
