That an administrative penalty in the amount of R200.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 7422 Guguletu in accordance with the plan with Drawing No 23/7422/03/2018 dated 03/03/2018 and drawn by Master House Plan & Construction (2 pages).
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 6.6 which is deleted
