RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consent use to operate an institution from erf 2115, Parow for the rendering of a service to elderly persons requiring home based care and assisted daily living, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions attached as annexure A.
b. That the application for permanent departure in respect of erf 2115, Parow, in order to relax the 5,0m street- and 5,0m common boundary building lines, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, only in so far as to allow the existing structures to be used for institutional purposes (care centre for elderly people).
