RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

That the application for departures in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law to permit the street building line and common building line relaxation on erf 38137 Bellville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated per Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the following reasons set out in the Planner’s report.






Amend Annexure A:
2.1 That, prior to building plan submission, the owner to obtain written approval from surrounding neighbours, which may not be unreasonably withheld, where the route of a proposed service to cross private properties. Servitude must be registered on the said properties in favour of the Council at the applicant’s cost.
