RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

That the application for a Consent Use to permit a place of Instruction on Erf 7655, Durbanville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons in the Planner’s report and agreed to amend 7.1.4 as follows:

The proposed operation is considered unlikely to adversely affect the neighbours with respect to privacy, noise, views, security or usage and enjoyment of any of their internal and external living spaces.




Add new reasons:
7.1.7 A positive letter of support for this application was received
7.1.8 The proposal provides a valuable community facility which caters for special needs children
