UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for City approval in terms of item 158 of the Development Management Scheme to permit additional rights on erf 10127, Milnerton within the Koeberg restriction area overlay zone, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A
b. The application for consent use to permit a place of instruction with associated care facility for a period of 5 years on erf 10127, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
