UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for consent for a place of instruction (aftercare facility) on erf 15106, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan no: 2017/85 dated 14/08/2017 drawn by; Andrew Cusens subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. City approval in terms of the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zoning on erf 15106, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan no: 2017/85 dated 14/08/2017 drawn by; Andrew Cusens subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
