That an administrative penalty of R30 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 46364 Cape Town, with regard to the unauthorised building work as per the plan drawn by KH Berga, with drawing number 28/04/2017, dated 23/10/2017.
