a. That the application for the consolidation of Erven 78968 and 78977 Cape Town at Diep River, as per the plan of consolidation LUM/00/78968, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures, for the consolidated Erven 78968 and 78977 Cape Town at Diep River, as contained in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
