RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consolidation of Erven 2071 and 9545 Constantia, as per the plan of consolidation LUM/16/2071, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for rezoning of a portion of Erf 9545 Constantia from Single Residential Zone 1 to Local Business Zone 2, as shown on plan LUM/16/2071A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the application for amendment of conditions for Erf 2071 Constantia, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. That the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for the consolidated Erven 2071 and 9545 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Additional conditions:
2.1.6 That the owner provides a surveyed diagram of the area to remain Single Residential 1, to the satisfaction of the Director; Development Management.
2.1.7 That the Site Development Plan (SDP) to be amended to depict the loading areas and demarcated parking bays to the satisfaction of the Director: Development Management

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
