a. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 156139 Cape Town at St James, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/156139, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme to permit subdivision within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, as per plan of the subdivision LUM/00/156139, of Erf 156139 Cape Town at St James, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
