That an administrative penalty in the amount of R3 500.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 6398 Constantia with regard to the unauthorized group house extension, as per the plan drawn by Meuson Designs dated 03/10/2017.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
