That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000,00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1514 Bergvliet with regard to the unauthorised place of instruction in the form of an Early Childhood Development Centre on the property.
